Where is this statue of Abraham Lincoln?

Almost every major city has some kind of memorial or tribute to our 16th president, Abraham Lincoln. In Cleveland, there is a statue of Lincoln in a well-traveled area downtown. Do you know where it is?

The inscription reads:

The statue stands in an open Mall area but is closest to an important building downtown.

The statue was a gift of The School Children of Greater Cleveland in 1932.

Do you know where it is yet?

It is behind the Cleveland Board of Education Building and faces the Peace Memorial Fountain on the Mall.
