Fruited Carrots
Ingredients:
- 10 carrots
- 1 large can of pineapple chunks drain but save juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 TBS cornstarch
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions:
- peel and cut carrots into coins
- cook carrots in boiling water until tender
- drain
- mix pineapple juice with orange juice
- add cinnamon and cornstarch to thicken
- Add carrots and pineapple mixture and heat over medium flame until bubbly.
