Banana Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 TBS sliced, blanched almonds
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 4 TBS brown sugar
  • 3 sliced bananas
  • 2 TBS. seedless raisins (that had been previously softened in water)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Serve on lettuce leaf or English muffin.
