Banana SaladIngredients:
- 3 TBS sliced, blanched almonds
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 4 TBS brown sugar
- 3 sliced bananas
- 2 TBS. seedless raisins (that had been previously softened in water)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together.
- Serve on lettuce leaf or English muffin.
