Buttered CauliflowerIngredients:
- 2 lbs steamed cauliflower sectioned into florets
- 5 TBS butter
- 5 TSP Unseasoned bread crumbs
- 2 small hard boiled eggs
- parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Arrange florets in serving dish
- Melt butter in pan along with breadcrumbs
- Chop the hard boiled eggs and add them to the butter and breadcrumbs in the pan
- Season with salt and pepper
- Pour over cauliflower florets
- Use parsley for garnish (optional)
