Cleveland Brown-ies
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 2 Squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. Margarine, softened
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2/3 cup flour
- ½ tsp. Baking powder
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- ½ cup chopped roasted peanuts
- Reese's Pieces
Instructions:
- In a small pan, melt 2 tablespoons margarine and chocolate.
- Remove from heat and stir.
- Beat 6 tablespoons margarine until fluffy
- Add egg, brown sugar and beat well.
- Add peanut butter, vanilla and melted chocolate and blend well.
- Add flour, baking powder and salt.
- Blend well and stir in peanuts.

Spread in greased 8 x 8 inch square pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
- Cool.

Frost with peanut butter frosting and decorate with Reese's pieces.
