Crabmeat Ball
- 1 can (6-ounce) crabmeat
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce) cream cheese
- cocktail sauce
Instructions:
- Drain crabmeat and squeeze out as much water as possible.
- Blend the crabmeat with the cream cheese and horseradish.
- Shape into a ball and cover with cocktail sauce.
- Chill.
- Serve with crackers.
