Lamb Kabobs
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds tender lamb, cut into cubes
- ½ cup olive oil
- 6 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp. Thyme
- ½ tsp. Black pepper
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 8 small onions, peeled and quartered
- 2 green peppers, seeded and cur into square pieces
Instructions:
- Combine meat, oil, garlic, spices, salt and pepper.
- Cover meat thoroughly with mixture
- Refrigerate (covered) for 4 hours.
- remove from refrigerator an hour before cooking
- Alternate meat, green pepper and onion on skewer.
- Place on grill rotating skewers as required.
- If there is leftover marinade, baste occasionally. If not baste with olive oil.
