3 Sausage Kabobs
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of thick bacon
- 2 whole onions peeled and quartered
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into squares
- 1 TBS. flour
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup beer
- 3 TBS. vinegar
- 8 small new potatoes (if they are too large, cut in ½)
- 2-3 Bratwurst links, cut into 2" chunks
- 2-3 Italian Sausage Links, cut into 2" chunks
- 2-3 Polish Sausage links, cut into 2" chunks
Instructions:
- Partially cook bacon. Remove from pan, reserving drippings.
- Add beer,vinegar, sugar and flour to drippings and cook until thicker and bubbly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add meat and vegetables and coat completely.
- Alternate sausage, bacon and vegetables on skewers.
- Grill 20-25 minutes, basting with excess sauce.
