Watermelon Soup
Ingredients:
- 6-8 cups very cold ripe watermelon juice
- 1 ¾ cup buttermilk
- 2 TBS gin (this is optional - but adds an incredible flavor)
- Pinch of salt
- Chilled watermelon balls (as many as you would like)
- Fresh, chopped mint (as much as you would like)
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except watermelon balls and mint.
- Chill
- Serve in chilled bowls and add melon balls and mint at the end as a garnish
