Q. My sister is like you - neat and organized. I am the opposite. I am
surrounded by what she calls clutter but I can find what I need and it
doesn't bother me.
She seems to spend more time organizing and making
lists while I use my time for family and fun.
I am sure you will agree
with her but what's wrong with being unorganized? Different strokes for
different folks, right?
A. Indeed, different strokes for different strokes.
Moreover, from what
you describe, it doesn't sound like you have an organizational problem; you
don't have trouble finding things, you are not bothered by your clutter
management style, and you have time to spend with family, enjoying life.
I
see no issues with this, and wonder why your sister does. Ultimately, you
and those whom you live with are the only ones whose opinions matter.
Presuming that you do not live with your sister, my suggestion is to kindly
tell her to mind her own business. You seem fine just the way you are!
